Founding Affiliate License.
A counsel-reviewed affiliate agreement is provided automatically at purchase. The counsel-signed version is available within fourteen days of purchase on request. Headline terms are below for transparency before you decide.
Headline terms
- Eligibility
- Founding Install purchasers only ($5,000 founding tier).
- Commission
- $2,500 per referred Founding Install. Paid within 30 days of the referred install reaching Week 2 of their cohort, contingent on no refund request.
- Cap
- Three referrals per affiliate ($7,500 maximum lifetime commission on the Founding tier).
- Attribution
- Cookie-based via referral link (90-day window) or explicit "referred by [name]" on the purchaser's intake form. First-touch wins on conflict.
- Refunds
- If a referred install is refunded inside the §Guarantee windows, the referral commission is reversed.
- Brand & conduct
- Affiliates may not represent themselves as AgenticU staff, the AgenticU institution, or the founders. Affiliates may not run paid ads using AgenticU brand terms, founder names, or competitor handles. Disclosure of the affiliate relationship is required in any public referral content.
- Term
- The Founding Affiliate License is valid for twelve months from Founding Install purchase. Standard affiliate terms apply thereafter.
- Counsel-signed version
- Available within 14 days of purchase. Email founders@agenticu.org with subject "founding affiliate — signed copy" to request.
