By using agenticu.org or any Agentic-U product, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

The diagnostic

The Spine Pillar Diagnostic is provided for self-assessment. It does not constitute professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. The recommendations it produces are starting points, not prescriptions.

Paid tiers

Dispatch ($97/mo) is a monthly subscription delivered by email. Cancel anytime. Clarity ($497) is a one-time live session. Initiation ($10,000 annual tuition) is a 13-week initiation delivered as a structured program. Mastermind ($36,000 annual tuition) is a standing-order membership with quarterly council seats. All paid tiers are billed via Stripe.

Refunds: Dispatch is cancel-anytime, no refund on the current period. Clarity is refundable within 7 days of purchase if the session has not been delivered. Initiation and Mastermind are non-refundable after the orientation session, which occurs within the first 14 days. Edge cases handled in good faith via hello@agenticu.org.

Receipts and consent

Anything you elect to publish on the public receipts wall is anonymized to your pillar profile and outcome summary. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing hello@agenticu.org; we will remove the receipt within seven days.

Stripe and Cal.com

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Bookings are scheduled via Cal.com, Inc. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

Liability

Agentic-U is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; the last-updated date above tracks revisions. Material changes will be announced to dispatch subscribers and council members.
